Your most popular Website page

Have you ever wondered which page on your website people really care about? Any guesses? Well, it’s often the About page – and if you don’t have one, the Contact page usually comes next. (Go on, check your analytics – I’ll wait!)

But why?

Your About page humanises your brand. It puts a face to a name, builds trust, and creates connection. As the saying goes, people buy from people.

Just the other day I was on a call with a potential client who mentioned she’d read my website and noticed I enjoy a glass of wine or a cheeky gin in summer. That small detail stuck with her and helped her feel like she knew me a little better.

Quick tip: Add one relatable detail about yourself – something that makes you feel approachable. Just remember to make sure it’s something you don’t mind the whole world knowing! Then check that your About page actually sounds like you, that it’s not just a bland business history.

If you do one thing this week, revisit your About page. Even small tweaks can make a big difference – and if you’d like some ideas, just hit reply.

I’m off to check mine again… maybe with that cheeky gin in hand!

Cheers,
Kat
